What are some good mental training tips for tennis?

Whenever i go to play i make good shots and then one bad shot occurs and my whole game takes a huge downfall what do i do?

    It’s easier said then done, but you just have to brush it off. Everyone is going to have a few bad shots in a match. When you practice, focus on consistancy and you’ll learn that the one bad shot is just a fluke.

    You should give your self thoughts of winning. Every single time. To bring up your spirit. Breath slowly every time. Rest between each point as long as you can.

    honestly the best mental training tip for me would be take everything one point at a time. the beauty of tennis is that you are not limited by time and you ALWAYS have a chance to comeback. even if you’re down love-40 you can allways come back. as soon as you get yourself down you will just lose so take it one point at a time
